Solar Energy rebuilds companionship, Rwanda

Before the Rwandan Genocide 1994 countless international NGOs were contributing to the development of the country. After mass killing of hundreds of thousands the projects stopped. The national and international relations in the country were severely destabilized. Today these relations have been improved and contacts have intensified again.
