Greetings, I like to bring to you notice that We, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (www.upes.ac.in) are organizing a national conference along with Discussion , Climate Change and Human Rights: In Light of Constitution of India Conference at Nanital on july 23-24.

do you need a disscussion only upon indian outlook or a global basis. also the rift between the developing and the developed nation is a lot more responsiblefor a laxing response to the issue . do u need to discus on that issue too?
